TERMS OF USE – ALEGOLF TOUR
1. COMMITMENT
Alegolf Tour is committed to delivering premium golf travel experiences that connect travelers with Vietnam’s finest golf courses and authentic local culture.
We operate with a network of trusted partners, suppliers, and local experts to ensure high-quality service, seamless travel experiences, and professional support throughout each journey.
2. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
All services are confirmed via email or written communication.
Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed on a “request and confirm” basis where no allotment is held.
Required booking information includes: full passenger names, flight details, number of travelers (adults/children/infants), and special requests (dietary, medical, or other needs).
Confirmation is normally issued within 24 hours where possible. Complex itineraries or group bookings may require additional processing time.
If a requested service is unavailable, Alegolf Tour will propose suitable alternatives whenever possible.
3. PRICING & RATES
Net Confidential Rates
All rates provided by Alegolf Tour are confidential, net, and non-commissionable unless otherwise stated. These rates must not be disclosed to third parties or published in any form.
Rate Basis
Hotel rates are generally per room per night.
Tour and transportation rates are per person unless specified otherwise.
Rates include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.
Minimum Selling Price
Certain suppliers may impose Minimum Selling Price (MSP/MSR) conditions which must be strictly followed.
Rate Changes
Alegolf Tour reserves the right to adjust pricing in case of changes in taxes, government regulations, or significant currency fluctuations.
Taxes & Charges
Unless stated otherwise, all rates include applicable service charges and taxes.
Local tourism taxes or airport taxes (if applicable) may be payable directly by travelers.
Any new government-imposed taxes will be added to existing rates.
4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation policies depend on individual suppliers and will be communicated per booking.
Alegolf Tour will support clients in negotiating with suppliers to minimize cancellation penalties whenever possible.
Any confirmed supplier charges will be passed on to the client.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
Full pre-payment is required at least 14–30 days prior to arrival unless credit terms are agreed in writing.
A deposit (typically 30% or more depending on program type) may be required upon confirmation.
Failure to complete payment on time may result in automatic cancellation of services.
Bank transfer fees and currency charges are borne by the sender.
Credit card payments (if accepted) may incur additional processing fees.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
All pricing, contracts, and commercial terms are strictly confidential.
Rates may not be shared, published, or sold online or through any third party without written consent from Alegolf Tour.
Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of cooperation.
7. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Passport
All travelers must hold valid passports with at least 6 months validity from entry date, unless otherwise required by destination regulations.
Visa
Visa requirements vary by nationality and destination. Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid visas unless otherwise agreed.
Travel Insurance
Alegolf Tour strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance covering accidents, illness, cancellations, and loss of belongings.
Health & Safety
Clients must comply with all safety instructions provided by guides and service providers. Alegolf Tour is not responsible for incidents resulting from non-compliance.
8. SERVICES
Hotels
Room types (twin/double/triple) are subject to availability.
Special requests (bed type, smoking preference, location) cannot be guaranteed.
Hotel star ratings are indicative and based on internal evaluation standards.
Tours & Golf Services
Tours include transportation, guide services, entrance fees, and other inclusions as stated in itinerary.
Optional services may involve additional costs or shopping stops where applicable.
Transfers & Transportation
Includes airport meet & greet, assistance, and transportation as per itinerary.
Vehicles are licensed, insured, and operated by professional drivers.
Seatbelts and safety standards must be followed at all times.
Golf Services
Tee times are subject to availability and confirmation from golf courses.
Weather conditions, course maintenance, or external factors may affect scheduling.
9. INSURANCE & LIABILITY
Alegolf Tour maintains insurance coverage for travel-related operations.
However, the company acts only as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers.
Alegolf Tour is not liable for loss, injury, delay, accident, or damage arising from third-party services.
Participation in all services is at the traveler’s own risk.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
Alegolf Tour shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or supplier insolvency.
11. COMPLAINS & FEEDBACK
Clients are encouraged to report any issues during the trip for immediate resolution.
Alegolf Tour reserves the right to decline complaints submitted more than 14 days after trip completion without prior notice during the journey.
12. INDEMNITY
Clients agree to indemnify Alegolf Tour against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their own actions, negligence, or misconduct during the trip.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONFIDENTIALITY OF CONTENT
All itineraries, pricing structures, and service designs created by Alegolf Tour remain intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
14. CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY
Alegolf Tour is committed to responsible tourism, supporting local communities, environmental sustainability, and ethical partnerships within Vietnam’s tourism ecosystem.
15. FINAL ACCEPTANCE
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated above. These Terms of Use form the basis of all service agreements between Alegolf Tour and its clients.
